Tim Navarro - State Farm Insurance Agent

Not sure why State Farm is running so many agencies where the agents feel you are working with a ghost or figment of your imagination. Call-only and speaking to non-certified agents or liaisons without ever getting a chance to speak with a licensed agent. Came by here because I’ve had this issue with my current agent but this location is no better. Switching over to Connie Snook up in Frederick because she and her office all believe in transparency and actually working with you directly and even sitting down in person if preferred. Hope State Farm collectively starts being more approachable and actually starts acting “like a good neighbor”, certainly feels like “State Farm is NOT there”.

I have been a State Farm customer for the last 10 years and I have no plans on leaving as long as Denisse and Karen are there. They provide outstanding customer service! They’re always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. It’s always nice calling and hearing Karen’s nice and friendly tone. Denisse is always there to help, very professional, and knows her job well. If she doesn’t have an answer she will research and get back to me always in a timely fashion. It’s a pleasure working with these wonderful ladies!!
