Can not say enough good things about this agency, Tim Meyers has been my parents agent as long as I can remember, when I signed on to insure my own vehicles they were very patient and knowledgeable throughout the process to make sure I wouldn't overpay for necessary coverage. Amber and Kayla have helped me with numerous vehicles and always respond within a business day. Very thankful for this team!

I don't think that I have ever written an online review about anything ever, until today. I have been a customer of the Tim Meyer State Farm Agency, Shoreview, MN for over 20 years. I like the pricing policy and discounts for bundled insurance. However, the best part about Tim's agency and about State Farm in general is the service. A person doesn't need insurance service very often, but when you need it, you don't want it to be a hassle. Tim's staff is always responsive, friendly, and hassle-free. When I have had a claim or a problem, State Farm and Tim's staff in particular have helped me with some creative problem-solving, willingness to "go the extra mile," and thoughtful suggestions. I recently worked with Kayla on transferring our homeowners insurance to a rental policy and and back to another homeowners policy once we bought a new house. Yes, it is as confusing as it sounds but Kayla was so incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and making sure I understood everything. She was prompt in reaching out when she said she would and in sending the information over to our loan officers. I was already happy with my experience with State Farm but this interaction really solidified it for me. I couldn't recommend them more!

Absolutely love State Farm!!! They have been my insurance carrier for 30+ years and they have been there every step of the way from significant storm damage (F1 tornado), stranded vehicle on the highway, hail damage, water damage from a leaky dishwasher and even covering my teenagers!! Tim and the team at this State Farm agency are amazing to say the least! Had a claim on my boat and from start to finish, quick and efficient and 2 weeks after it happened I am back on the water!
