Tim Broyles - State Farm Insurance Agent

I had a bad experience with them. I was shopping around to find better insurance rates and thought State Farm was the best fit. Approached this office in Eatonton, namely, Kimberlee. I preferred to meet in person so she made an appointment for me to come in. When I came at the appointed time, she wasn't there. Another agent talked to me. She said that Kimberlee planned to be there but had some family issues and didn't show up for this reason. Then she said that my yard was too messy so I couldn't have coverage. What you think of me because of the condition of my yard is your business, and I understand that family issues change plans sometimes. What I cannot understand is why Kimberlee didn't call or text to spare me from the trouble of coming in for nothing. I had to take time off work to

Sequoia answered every question I had and provided me with an option that saves me over 100$ every month while providing everything I requested. she offered options for life insurance for my children and other insurance packages that I will review later. If I had a question she didn't immediately know she found the answer and got back to me and was flexible with my schedule on receiving calls.

State Farm has helped my family save so much money. Jodi Bishop is always so helpful when answering the phone with questions we have or anything we need. I recommend this location to everyone I know.
