I attempted to collect Tiffany multiple times about amending my condo insurance policy and she never responded. The receptionist was very helpful and told me she was marking me high priority and yet I never heard back from Tiffany. Eventually I had to buy a new policy with a new company to get the type of coverage I needed, so I called to cancel my policy with State Farm. Again never talked to Tiffany the receptionist took my info, the policy I was canceling, and the reason why (Tiffany’s lack of response). That was end of Sept and guess who still got charged mid October from State Farm? Absolutely horrendous customer service.
