Very unprofessional. Very poor communication. Was waiting over a week for a Home Owners Policy with no contact. Only once I reached out asking what the deal was did they finally admit they couldn't even find a company to cover the house even though it currently has insurance on it already. I would not recommend anyone who is looking for even bare minimum for customer service. They really need to do better.
I was very impressed by Hannah's customer service. She gave timely updates and always checked in. She made a stressful situation manageable.
