Our commercial policy didn't auto renew, received no notification. I called and requested a copy of the policy, because I didn't receive it. I was told they would get that right out to me. Never received a call at that time informing me it didn't renew. A few months later, I called yet again because I needed a copy of the policy, and checked the account the eft payment was pulling from and didn't see any deductions . At that time they told me the policy didn't renew. The bank force placed coverage for the time frame we were without insurance. As a broker, it was their responsibility to inform me the policy was not renewing. I sent two letters to them regarding this issue.; to date I have received no response.

I have had, by far, the best customer service from these folks. I always recommend them.
