My experience with the Beaumont office has not been good. A lady by the name of Jessica contacted me March 2025 telling me to start a new policy directly with the Beaumont office and she could get my policy lower, since switching to the new policy I started getting text messages saying I still owed on the old policy. j Jessica the rep told me not to pay on the old policy because the new policy was in place. Now I'm being told I need to pay for that old policy to renew my previous policy It's just a mess and NO ONE has a answer for me. I'm so upset and I can't get a call back from the office manager to discuss what can be done.

I've been with Allstate for years and has never had a problem. Had an accident one time and Allstate took care of it and myself expeditiously. Thanks Allstate and thanks to our Agent, Thomas R. Strohe for a job well done. Mr. Strophe is the person to speak to when joining Allstate and he is very detailed and dedicated to his job. If I could give him 10,000 or more stars, I would.

I have been with Allstate for nearly 14 years. I greatly value person to person customer service. Today I added another new vehicle. I spoke to Ms. Delena at Thomas Stroye agency. She was extremely patient and attentive to my needs. She took time out to explain my options to customize my services based on my individual desire. This goes very far with me and my family as I also use this agency for my homeowner insurance.

Over the previous years With my boat, multiple vehicles, dirt bikes, you name it. Policy renewals upgrades etc Samantha has been the best! Thankful for Allstate and there rates! And customer service & help wether it by by text, calling etc!
