This agency is a scam. They have sent me four letters claiming I owe an insurance company and have 30 days to respond or the debt will be considered valid over the last six months. Each letter is sent snail mail and the company I supposedly owe has already sent me a letter saying our business matter is completely resolved. Don't respond to them or engage in phone conversation with them. If it is a legitimate claim, they will have to take me to court. Obviously, I know they can't and won't do that because it is not a legitimate claim. I have blocked their number and thrown away their letters. I'd suggest, if you get anything that is not certified mail, at a minimum, for you to do the same if they try to contact you for a supposed debt. I mean they have a 1.5 🌟 rating for a reason. This company wont me to pay out of my pocket while I have provided to them the prove of covarage during the time of accident. I provided to the them my prove of insurance, payment history and everythingths they needed me to prove to them. They deserve one start. That the right rating for them.

Made it easier to pay back my overpayment instead of sending check I was able to cover over the phone and get proof of repayment to the insurance company

DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY A DIME!! Its a SCAMMMMMM!!! This company is a SCAM. You try to pay off your collections ENTIRELY and they will still NOT give you a "Letter to Delete".
