Thomas G Eagan: Allstate Insurance

Working with Allstate during my recent move was the easiest bit of business to accomplish. Both my original agent, Parris Patten, and my new agent, Thomas Eagan, were prompt and efficient, and worked to give me the best plan I could have. They were responsive to emails and followed up on everything within the same day contacted. I couldn't give them a higher rating !

I DO NOT recommend this agent!! I was an Allstate customer for 20+ years, insurance rates kept going up, had no choice but to move to another company, the issue is Tom (the owner) was told by me that I was canceling my policy. Three months after this cancellation I received a letter that he reported me to a collection agency for non payment, I called this agent and he admitted that I DID inform him of the cancellation but he is NOT helping me clear this situation up. Keep in mind this is an agent that was aware that during this time period I had been battling CANCER. He will NOT return calls, at this moment he still has a homeowners policy that I will be moving to another company, one that treats their customers with respect. My advice is think twice before you believe what he (Tom) tell

Talking with people who actually care about you not only does your agent care about you he even saved me money when I was in between jobs. What better state than Allstate. I appreciate you Mr Thomas Eagan for helping me and my family.

Service has always been pleasent and immediate. Highly recommend.
