I have been with Michael since 1981 when I moved to Bethlehem. I found Tom to be very knowledgeable, friendly, and a good guy. Over the years his daughter Michelle has taken over and provides the same type of friendly expertise. Nice to know the Michael agency is always watching your back.

I was a loyal customer of Erie Insurance through the Thomas E. Michael Agency, and I genuinely appreciated the small-business feel of the office. My primary contact was Michele, and I liked knowing I had one go-to person to help with my insurance needs. Unfortunately, my experience last year into this year was extremely disappointing. When my policy expired, I never received a phone call, email, or even a mailed notice to let me know it was time to renew. Admittedly, I had recently moved and could have missed physical mail, but I expected at least some outreach—especially since I had a direct agent.
