Tom is great! I had seen his reviews on the NextDoor and Facebook apps for years from satisfied customers. I submitted a request for a review of my homeowner's and car insurances policies last year since I had such a big increase. He got back to me quickly indicating the amounts were what he was seeing and couldn't beat them. I got an email from him this year indicating he thought he could save me money. I submitted copies of my policies and got a call asking me a few additional questions. In the end he is saving me over $500 dollars. Incredible! Within hours I had new policies and save a lot of money. Great customer service and I like that his office is only a short drive away.

Tom’s process was straightforward and simple. There was minimal back and forth, that too only for one resource via email. Usually, other insurance companies have different agents for different states and sometimes even for different assets. Tom’s quote was also better than the competitors. I was extremely pleased with his service and he was very patient throughout the process.
