My husband and I bought our first house and was recommended by my friend to this insurance because it’s local. 6 months later a tornado hits our street and our siding, fence, and grill are completely destroyed. I get it we only paid one payment for the year but they were super rude telling my husband they arnt covering stuff because it’s “cosmetic” damage. We just wanted stuff replaced and fixed. Their communication sucks and never call back. Emailed them multiple times and they don’t ever get back to us. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND We are going elsewhere.

Horrible treatment from the insurance company the adjustor assigned to our claim. They do not care about you or what you are going through. Extremely rude and lack communication. We have contacted the Wisconsin Commissioner of Insurance with complaint. Our rep Rob B and adjustor John W have zero interest in working with you in any way shape or form. They complained about having to work with our contractors or answer any questions from them. John unfortunately cannot even read a tape measure but is in charge assessing damage and screamed at me over the phone saying the claim is closed without further discussion. Seek insurance elsewhere if you want peace of mind in a disaster. 6 months into our claim and it's still a mess. Walking on plywood and missing drywall throughout our home - $18,000
