They were not so helpful at my time of need. After my husband passed, I asked for help with a problem with a moving company involved in taking all my belongings. The person in charge of collection was highly rude and uncorporative. I was going through a lot. I needed understanding plus advice ,I had no one, but she made me feel as if I was trying to get away with a false claim. She was horrible. I just had to let it go. I was trying to move and get back to my sister, who is ill. I lost a lot of money and personal belongings. I still haven't overcome it. This was mentially horrible. For as many years that I had this company, i would never have thought they would treat someone like that.

We have been with the Theiss Agency for many years. I can’t count how many times we have referred the Theiss Agency to friends and other acquaintances. We love the staff. They are always very courteous and so willing to help. They quickly answer any questions we have. Thanks so much to Steve, Denise and family for wonderful service!

I love Theiss Insurance! I've worked with Michael and Andrew and their team. I have my homeowners, flood insurance, vehicle coverage though them. They were there for me during hurricane Ian when I needed help and have been there with me through ups and downs in all seasons of my life no matter how difficult and are very responsive to email communication. I am so grateful for the service they provide.

Our agent, Ian helped us a great deal in dealing with our insurance company after the storm "Ian". He was able to get in contact with the adjuster when we could get no response. He always works with us to be sure we are getting the best coverage for the money. It is very comforting knowing you have someone who is looking out for you and has your best interest in mind.

Initially when I signed up with them for car and home insurance everything was good. However, now that it's time for renewal and I want to make changes, they are not interested and I can't get a hold of anyone. Their main line is 50/50 chance if they will answer, and if they do they will just say that someone will call you back and they never do. Ian assigned to me is no help, wouldn't call me back or respond to the emails, I followed up 3 times and no answer.
