Cindy is THE SINGLE MOST responsive, caring , and attentive person that I have ever encountered in 27 years in the business world. All I can say is WOW! If I call her to resolve something it's usually addressed before my cup of coffee has gone cold. I honestly don't know how she does it! If you CAN do business with Word and Brown, you SHOULD...period!

Signing up i got bombarded with calls text and emails Alicia McClintock and her assistant and now that i need help she’s harder to get ahold of then the president worst customer service i have ever received
