Worst experience ever!!! You think your paying for a name brand Insurance company like Allstate but its the exact opposite. My car was involved in a Collison back in august 2023. I am currently working with Body Shop # 3 and have not even been able to get a estimate put together. After waiting 3 months to get into the first Bodyshop they decided the repair was too much for his One man shop. Even if he could do the job he would rather not because Allstate and their bad business practices. So I called the next shop that was recommend by the first one. They were only a few weeks out before they could get me in for my initial estimate. Day of the appointment comes, shop starts getting all my info and as soon as the word "Allstate" came out of my mouth that was the end of that appointment. Tur
Great rates! Brand new building makes it a nice place to visit if they are your insurance provider. My family uses their services for their business. They also provide car and health insurance. They work well with you when you start. I have gone with family members to sign up and they were really respectable.
