I just want to express my total disappointment in your company. My mother has been a customer since 1971! My mother is almost 80 and on a fixed income. Travelers charges her $465/month!!!!! I have received quotes from State Farm for $226/month. Goodbye Travelers. This is poor service to a loyal client and the sad part is she doesn’t want to leave due to her homeowners policy being with you but this is diabolical! As a former employee I am disappointed Travelers Indemnity Company! Do better!
