No headaches, no back and forth just honest, reliable service. What stands out most is how dedicated they are to their clients. I initially wasn’t going to leave a review on my experience, but then figured I should share. Due to unprofessionalism, I personally would not recommend the Taft Insurance Agency. Andrew was great to work with until he wasn’t. After going back and forth through email, Andrew disappeared with zero explanation. I figured that’s okay, things happen, no problem. I sent multiple follow-up emails over the course of a couple weeks and I heard crickets back. I contacted the office manager, Terry, who was very kind and helpful. Andrew finally got back to me after almost a month saying that no competitive quotes were available. Couldn’t that have been said sooner rather than completely disappearing on a potential client? Amazing insurance office. Everyone is so friendly and transparent. I like the fact that I don’t have to call an 800 number. I can call the office and my agent is always there to help. Wonderful customer service. I really appreciated the time that they took to explain the coverages that were in my new policy. I honestly felt like he had my best interests at heart. Best of all, he was able to save me money on my policy while getting me better coverages
