Love this branch! 10/10 I been w/ them at least 20+ years .. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Celeste is soooo kind & Matt makes me laugh any time I talk to him! Personally any time I have a question it's resolved & and never had one bad outcome.. I'm satisfied with prices never experienced a big price hike.. Strongly & have ALWAYS recommended them .. I’ve recently switched my car insurance to Allstate with Matthew and I have been extremely impressed with his knowledge and help with the process. He took the time to give his honest opinions on what coverages should be important to me and what I could do to save money. I was hesitant at first to use the Drivewise feature- but after saving a significant amount of money in a billing cycle- I see the value and appreciate having it. Overall very satisfied with my rate and how easy it has been with this company!

When my rates shot up after adding my daughter as a new driver. Matthew was a huge help in getting myself and my family into a comprehensive auto and homeowners plan for almost half of what we were originally paying. He took the time to get all the details and look over our documents and before you knew it he had a plan constructed and ready for us. I highly recommend anyone looking for quality insurance coverage with a local name and face to look no further. Thank you so much!

Everything is going well but there is really nothing to comment on as this policy doesn’t require any service. For budget purposes I would like to be able to change payment dates via the app but I’m quite happy with the agency. Only reason I can’t give 5 stars is due to the industry and not the agency

I must say, I was not happy with recent rate Increases. That being said, Matt himself called me and we talked like old friends for over 20 minutes. We discussed the reasons for some increases (thanks Biden) and looked for ways to save some money. I appreciate the effort put forth and consideration of my situation. Great guy!! Thanks Matt!
