Extraordinary service. As I am a 74 year old woman dropped by my previous agent's insurance provider after six years I was referred to Stewart Insurance Agency by my Service Advisor at the the company dealership where my automobile is serviced. I have been blessed by Darrell Stewart and Lindsay, his associate. They are the perfect representation of professionalism.

One would think the owner of this agency would be the star of the show. After speaking with him and receiving poor customer service, my colleague and I followed up with multiple emails to confirm that one of our owners business disability policies wouldn't be cancelled. The Manager of that business didn't get us paperwork timely and thus we were late on payment. Mind you, the payment we owed was $15.48. Darrell informed us the policy was not cancelled. After moving the policy along with others to our other broker, who is amazing by the way, we were notified that the policy was in fact cancelled. The Stewart Agency didn't bother to notify us or respond to any of our emails. When I informed Darrell that the policy was in fact cancelled, he continued to argue with me to tell me that it

Our company disability policy (purchased through Darrell) got canceled over a $15 late payment that we did not know was due. When we found out it was late, we called Darrell and after finally agreeing to speak with us (after we "proved" to him that we were employees of the company), he explained how to pay the bill and told us we would not get canceled. We paid the $15 ASAP and emailed Darrell, who not only never responded, he never informed us when the policy was canceled. We just found out from the carrier that by the point we were calling Darrell and making the payment our policy had already been canceled and Darrell failed to mention that on the phone. Will never do business with him again and would never recommend him to anyone.

He does not deserve a star. He should be out of business he will falsely accuse you of things take your money then say the underwriter never approved this! Now your money is tied up and he will keep sending u false bill RUNNNNNNN 🏃‍♀️ dnt do business with him
