Coming to Jenny for our taxes this year was the best decision, Especially after having a bad experience last year with the previous person filing our taxes. After numerous visits to the DMV and receiving little direction, I contacted The Source Auto Insurance as a final effort to resolve a title issue with a vehicle we purchased some time ago but were unable to transfer due to missing documents (ROS). Maribel went above and beyond to assist us in resolving the issue. She accomplished in one day what multiple DMV representatives were unable to do over an extended period.
