This was the worst experience of my life. The person at the front desk is awful, she has no clue on how to speak to a customer, what they said over the phone and what we had to sign was a complete different story, suddently their system was not able to propose what they told us ! On the top the person does not speak ...she screams and at the end we were ok to sign but she said she did not want us as a customer anymore just because we were not happy with the way it went !! We were supposed to pickup our car but she did not care we had no other immediate solution. Get prepared not to be supported in case it does not go in your direction.

The Shands Agency,I recommend a trustworthy agency, they serve you first and they solve you quickly. I have not had any complaints in the years I have had with them, thanks to greylin@ I recommend them anyway.
