I was in a fender bender with a man whose agent was with Roger Smith Agency, and it was undoubtedly not my fault. In effort to respect the man’s time, I opted not to file a police report and speak with his agent and ensure that they would cover the damages. In hindsight, I shouldn’t have done that, but nevertheless the agent assured me in no uncertain terms they would get it taken care of, and that they agreed based on the description of the accident that it wasn’t my fault.
