Insurance Agency of Excellence! My amazing experience with The Polesky Insurance Agency started by somebody actually picking up the phone when I called at 5.30 pm. Agent Robert R. took the time to take down all my information to search for new Homeowner's insurance. He knowledgeably advised me about coverages, discounts and more. He gave me a quote on the spot (from Erie) that was $340 lower than identical coverage with Foremost and $430 lower than Travelers. Follow-up by Robert and his immediate answers to questions I asked the next day rounded up a great experience with this top rated insurance agency. As long as they keep up their high level of service they just landed a new client in me, my family and my friends.

We've been with Erie since the early 70s for our auto insurance. Only had a few claims and the service was great.We have our homeowners with Erie and we had a break-in where the house was ransacked, guns and other items were stolen, and doors were kicked in. All damages and stolen items were covered. We bought our RV which is on a site in Erie and have it covered through the agency also. The staff at the Polesky Agency has always been very courteous, prompt to respond to calls and questions.

Excellent service from the Polesky Agency located in Moon Twp and the Erie Insurance home office. For me rates quoted are very competitive. I have bundled my auto/homeowners/umbrella insurance with Erie. I have had my insurance placed with Erie for about 9-10 years as I recall.
