These guys are the best in the business! I have never spoken to an insurance group who is more eager to help you. I called before normal business hours, expecting their voice mail. However, I was forwarded to a personal cell and they took my call right away. They had me signed up with a new auto policy in minutes. I would recommend anyone to this group. Dorian is a great guy!

The agents at The Olde Naples Insurance Company always help to elucidate the insurance process, quickly responding to any and every insurance question I have. I definitely trust them to handle our insurance. Plus, the location is right in downtown Naples, so they are easily accessible!

Bought a homeowner policy in march 2022. The company FED*NAT cancelled it in May 2022. The unused premium was refunded by FED*NAT. The check bounced. They will not help me at all on recovering the refund. Even though they got their commission. At least they should send me the commission back. There are pleanty of agents in Naples. Pick one of them.

Well, my agent, Brett said verbatim…. “ You’re gonna have to bite the bullet on this one” Very misinformed, no follow up, unauthorized funds out of my account, and this was his best advice. No thanks! Do better Brett!
