Pass on doing business with this company. I tried to give them my business, was attempting to shop a quote for personal use tractor insurance and the chat feature took all my information and routed to 'an agent' by phone, which just turned out to be a recorded voice - which promptly hung up on me. They then autodialed me back, took all my information again and the human collecting my information actually hung up on me when I expressed frustration at my experience thus far. Plenty of other companies willing to give better customer service when someone is trying to give them money - not worth doing business with.
