Sean Lennon (and his crew) are honest, efficient, and provide a level of personal service that cannot be outdone! I started with auto insurance, then quickly switched my homeowners to Lennon Insurance as well. Switching was so simple and it saved me money too! When I did have a claim, Sean handled it quickly - I didn’t need to do any more than give him the details. Even better, I didn’t spend countless hours on the phone with automated support and call-backs. I wish more businesses were run with the same attention to customer service. This company has my business for life!

I’ve been working with Sean Lennon and his incredible team at Nationwide for several years. It’s always been important to me to have a local office that welcomed me with any questions I had about any of my policies. Recently, we had to report a claim, and from the second I called I felt comfortable. “if you need anything or have any questions, we are here, and will support you through this process,” is what Jaycee told me the day I filed. The claim went through with constant text and email updates, and within a few days an adjuster was out and did a thorough inspection. 5 days later the claim was settled, and I couldn’t be happier with the service.
