Paul Larson has made changing insurance carriers very easy. I have changed home and auto policies and have been given a very competitive rate. He took great care in explaining the policies and I am comfortable that I have made a good choice.

Paul has been our insurance agent for some time now an has done a great job with our insurance needs from the cars to the house an motorcycle too. l would recommend him to anyone for your insurance needs, and he is very helpful to answer any questions you may have about your coverage also. We had a Hail damage claim last year an Paul took good care of it for us.

I'm glad everyone has had a good experience with Paul. We did too until we started having coverage issues, I believe related to the Farmers acquisition of MetLife. Never in my life have I had an agent state they couldn't help me and find someone else. If I was rude/disrespectful, I would understand him asking that, but that wasn't the case. I had to go to bat for my family and ensure that we were properly covered calling Farmers myself and explaining what was taking place. The rates were good at the time and I didn't want to start the process over. Just needed help which was too much to ask.
