My agent left the agency. I sent an email to her. I was not notified she had moved on. I needed my Automatic payment stopped. It didn't get stopped. My bank account ended up overdrafted. I was in a car accident last summer. I purchased a new car, full coverage insurance on it and PL/PD on another vehicle. Pioneer doubled my premiums. Joy at Lapeer Agency, told me Pioneer was least expensive. I researched on my own. AAA is $200 less a month. Lapeer Agency doesn't work with all insurance companies. Be ware.

Avoid This Business at All Costs! This company is a complete disaster when it comes to organization and billing. They overcharged me after failing to put one of my vehicles in storage as requested. When I caught the mistake, I disputed the charge with my credit card company—and won. But six months later, they sneakily added the charge back onto my account and immediately threatened to send it to collections—on the very day I received the bill! That’s not just bad business; it’s downright shady. Trying to resolve this was a nightmare. They pushed me to contact the insurance company, while the insurance company told me to deal with them. No one had a clue what was going on. The incompetence was unreal. Save yourself the stress, the headaches, and the financial hassle—find a competent age
