In an age when insurance companies are quick to take your money, but not quick to cover claims, you need an insurance agency that will have you covered. The Insurance Shop is that agency! I filed a claim with an auto insurance company (I won't say which one, but the are supposedly a Progressive company), and they denied my claim. Needless to say, I was very worried, but Melissa and the Insurance Shop took care of the situation. When my fathers house needed insurance after his death, and no companies wanted to insure a house owned by an estate rather than a single owner, Melissa worked hard to find someone and got us covered.
