I had several questions and she had several answers with a great attitude. Mr Nunn, my insurance agent was very expeditious concerning my documents. Not the experience I expected to have based on the Google reviews. However, it was a quick and efficient experience. I called in expecting to book an appointment to go in person. Instead, they emailed me a proposal to look over. I dropped it into ChatGPT to compare with my existing State Farm policy. Chat told me the proposal was missing uninsured motorist coverage, roadside assistance and rental car coverage. I requested they be added to my policy. Progressive didn't offer comparable coverage for my homeowners so I kept State Farm for my homeowners and just got auto insurance from Progressive. I'm paying $1500.00 less per year now.
