Alicia has been our broker for several years now and she has always been beyond great! She is very knowledgeable, has a fantastic understanding of how the different Medicare plans work. She gives us options, answers any questions, concerns that we may have. She very quick to call or email us back with answers to our questions. Plus, on top of all that, she is so pleasant, patient and kind. That alone goes a long way with us. I don’t know how we would navigate these plans without her. I cannot thank her enough.
