Absolutely the most horrible, and dishonest company I have ever dealt with. If you want random late fees to pop up three months after you allegedly didn't pay, then this is the company for you. They lie even with bank statements to verify payments. They make up a thousand different reason why a random extra payment is due. Their customer service reps were some of the most unintelligent people I have ever encountered or spoke to. As well as rude and dismissive. Absolute dumpster fire of an insurance company.

I had Sharina assigned as my adjuster and contact agent after my vehicle was involved in an accident. I first reached out to her on a Friday, and followed up the following Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, through both emails and voicemails, regarding contacting the other driver's insurance. Unfortunately, I never received a response. It’s now been two weeks with zero communication or updates. Given the complete lack of follow-through and accountability, I ultimately decided to cancel my policy. Very disappointing experience.

Sent an email at 1AM notifying me that my homeowners policy was cancelled with only an 800 contact number. Upon calling the customer service line, and expecting details, the person could provide no information other than the phone number of my local agent. Upon reaching out to my agent, she had not been notified of the action. She discovered that the policy has NOT yet been cancelled, but MAY be in the next 30 days if a porch railing is not installed. Horrible internal communications and even worse customer service.

I would give zero stars if I could. Customer service is worthless. I’ve set up autopay multiple times on their provided app and it doesn’t work. Customer service isn’t authorized to set it up and it’s an absolute waste of time to call.

This company charged me over 170 dollars a month for PLPD on a car worth 500 dollars. I then bought a vehicle worth over $15,000 and switched to AAA. Now I pay $124 a month for full coverage. Make that make sense.
