The Greenwood Agency, Inc.: Allstate Insurance

I find out that the computer system is very difficult to communicate with. All my other experiences with Insurance has been with an agent that took care of all those things. I also believe the driveways is set up so you don’t get the discount, because I’ve tried many times to go in and I have not been able to fill the additional information out that they’re requesting, I’m not pleased at all

We walked into Allstate Insurance -Melvin Greenwood agency building in 2005 just randomly searching for insurance. Its currently 2017 and I can proudly say. Melvin Greenwood Agency is the BEST Agency worldwide. Their knowledge about everything is amazing. Even the receptionist has been employed there over 20 years. She is a Phenomenal woman that needs to be recognized. They will guide you without having to worry about being schemed. Its not about money at this agency, it has always been about whatever is convenient for the customer and that has made my life much easier.

The personnel is friendly and outgoing. I am able to make payments by phone or online. The only grievance I have is the length of time you are locked into your contract when you file a claim. Once you file a claim, it takes 5 years for it to fall off your report. No other insurance company will touch you until then. Even if it benefits you financially.
