I would not recommend this agency. On more than one occasion, they failed to handle important updates on my policies correctly, which caused unnecessary stress and delays. When I called to fix issues, staff either passed blame or gave misleading information. They also rarely answer the phone, don’t return voicemails, and often don’t call back even when messages are left with another agent. Most recently, they did not properly process my auto policy cancellation, which could have caused a lapse in my insurance record if I hadn’t caught it and fixed it directly with the company myself. Customers deserve clear communication and accurate service, especially with something as important as insurance. Unfortunately, I did not experience that here.
