We were very pleased with our representative, Crochet (I apologize for the spelling if incorrect). She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and handled all our questions patiently. The claim we had, after Helene, was settled promptly and fairly. We would recommend her and this agency to anyone.

Customer service is awesome but rate I think is overpriced.

Customer service was great. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure that I understood everything before signing up. The prices are competitive and affordable. I saved about $80 a month on my car insurance by switching to this company. I'd recommend them to anyone!

All-State is a wonderful automobile insurance company. We had a major accident which wound up totalling my vehicle. So yes........we had to purchase another vehicle for transportation needs, and yes.....car payments again....😭. Oh well, I LOVE MY NEW FORD EDGE! It's a WONDERFUL vehicle and it fits me just perfectly!

allstate they are the best they have been my insurance provider for more than 15 years. Rachel and Bernice are the best they always there when I need them to answer my questions and give me a great price. I would never go no where else I feel like they really care for my well been.
