Jason, Stacey and his Mom, Genese are some of the most down to earth people I have ever known . Many years ago , a mutual friend referred me to Fine insurance and I have been using them ever since! They are prompt, friendly, and a no pressure, no gimmicks agency. Always checking up and making sure I get the best deal in town, while I chill at home. First and foremost my experience with this agency was awful. As a client we rely on the agent to take of things that we cannot since they are tied to the policies. I would sent my agent a message and not get any response back until the 3rd message I sent. The communication was awful. When existing policies can up for renewal it was like they didn't care to help you. every time I would call the agency office if I couldn't get a hold of my agent I everyone was unwilling to help and said you have to talk to your agent. It was like I was living in the twilight zone. Very frustrating. I finally reached out to the agency owner because I had enough with the lack of care from my agent. Been with Jason for a long time, as soon as we switched to another insurance company I guess we were not worth shit. Changed over to progressive in November of 2024, BECAUSE IT WAS CHEAPER, told Stacy to cancel our policy with Travelers. She didn't, because I didn't send her an email, but she was told on the phone! Now we are getting collection notices for a policy Stacy should have cancel, no email should have been required, she was told on the phone and said she would take care of it! We have text to comfirm. I guess that email bullshit gives them some extra money for their condo in Florida. After all the years we have been with Jason and Stacy, and came back to them after the Farmer’s incident, that they would do this to us. BEST THING WE DID WAS TO GO TH PROGRESSIVE! Well I hope J

Jason Fine was quick to respond considering how very busy he is. Both my homeowners and auto insurance costs with Hartford had gone up to a combined cost of over $6000. I had only one claim on my home in 23 years and no tickets or accidents and a 2014 vehicle. Jason was able to bring that down, even with more coverage, to a combined $2800. That is less than half! I highly recommend him and you will love his sense of humor while maintaining professionalism and understanding in all your dealings with him and his team. He truly cares.
