Also got my auto insurance through him what I like was that he shopped the market and got me the best price. He's also a very honest guy and will help you out as much as he can.

I have been a customer at this agency for over 7 years. I recently called for a quote to add a car to my existing policy and after almost 2 weeks, I never received it and no communication either, I went to the office and spoke with Irma. She definitely does not represent what it means to have customer service. Because of her, this agency allowed a 7+ year customer to take her business else where. I do understand the owner is not happy with the low rating and he wants to protect his brand. My review had nothing to do with the “HUGE increase,” which I only found out about after the review was written. It was from the lack of communication via email and phone that I experienced with trying to obtain a car quote, thus my office visit. I’m not here to go back and forth or bash his business and

Don is the best! We've never had any agent work as hard as him to make sure we have everything we need to help our business run smoothly. This company has found us coverage for any insurance need that's ever come up.

The agency is unorganized and takes zero accountability for their actions. Does not try to do what they can to correct their errors. Would not ever recommend them to anyone.

These guys we great. At first I was skeptic of getting car and home insurance at a local office but I'm glad I did. They sent an agent to my house next day and they made the process easy. I'm looking to get a motorcycle next and I'm going with The Ephiram Group
