I had a terrible experience with this agency. I used them for a couple years and I am thrilled to take my policies elsewhere. They did not communicate my policies were expiring or when payment was required. They then took over a week to identify if my coverage was still active, at which point it was too late to reinstate my policy. They changed my property address to a house down the street without my knowledge. They told me my umbrella policy would cover my rental property even though the policy explicitly states it would be excluded. They consistently claim their emails are not working. They never took any ownership that they made even the slightest communication mistake... Maybe I expect too much from an agency, but I would like to be, at a minimum, updated at renewal time or if the po

Will not answer the phone Ekblabe agency staff Promised to send out my auto ins cards ( broken printer here) but never bothered. It was a difficult process to obtain the cards in another way, as the virtual assistant didn’t understand my need for ins cards. I was sent to claims, where I was transferred yet again I’m a customer from the 1980’s, always paid on time, no claims. I have to say, I saved a lot of money thanx to Lindsay z. She was very helpful , a wonderful person to work with, she took the time to help me with all my vehicles and saved me a LOT.
