Being a customer at Able for 9+ years I haven’t had a single doubt in this Agency’s effectiveness, efficiency, and availability. Not only do Nora and Linda make themselves available at the drop of a hat to help out with any questions I may have, they both have personally stepped in while dealing with insurances to ensure the process runs as smoothly as possible. I can’t thank them enough for their patience, and welcoming atmosphere. If you want a company that not only has your back but keeps it real to your face, look no further.

Worst customer service Ive ever came across. I was quoted $4095 for a full year of coverage but would have to put $633 of that down and it has to be "cash and cash only" then she wouldnt explain in detail why my payments where $396 for 10months. I asked so its really $4700 and she sat there stunned i caught it. Then started screaming and complaing about wasting her time. Shame on you Able.

Best place to get insurance from! They really work hard to give you great prices unlike some insurance companies. I saved a ton by switching to progressive. The service was excellent. They really make you feel like family there. Highly recommend!

Been going to Able for insurance since moving to North Tonawanda in 1977. You won't meet better people or get better service

Would not put my fiance on my insurance even though I was willing to pay to put him on obviously so I had to switch insurances after 2 month and paid $800 for my first payment for no reason this place sucks I do not recommend!
