I worked with Gretchen Furlong- she was great. Got me a much better rate for my home , car, and umbrella insurances than my previous agency. She took care of cancelling with my previous insurance agency; all I had to do was sign some documents on DocuSign and she took care of the rest. I would recommend this agency to anyone who would prefer to deal with a smaller, local insurance agency!

I’m leaving this review because I genuinely feel like this company scammed me. I spoke with Nora Webb, who gave me an outrageous auto-insurance quote that I never agreed to or signed for. I even emailed her and clearly stated that I did not want to move forward and asked her to delete all of my information. She then sent me cancellation paperwork, which I signed — yet she still went ahead and charged the LARGE quote from my checking account. Perhaps there’s something I’m not understanding, but the situation feels very wrong and deeply confusing. I feel misled and taken advantage of, and it raises questions about how the company’s reviews are overwhelmingly positive, and whether negative experiences are being removed.

Simply the best! Patient, knowledgeable and have the customers best interest in mind. I can’t say enough about their professionalism and attention to detail. Highly recommend.
