The man at reception was always kind and professional but no one else could ever be bothered. Getting in touch with our agent was always a hassle. After getting hit by a driver running a stop sign, we could not get a hold of our agent at all, and when we finally were able to talk with someone he offered no assistance, just kept whining about missing lunch over and over. Just get GEICO or literally any other company.
