Scott went above and beyond in the listing and selling of our property. He was professional and extremely responsive through the entire process. His historical knowledge of the area and market is unmatched. There were a few bumps in the road along the way but he handled them quickly and seamlessly. He is a valuable resource with the ability to clear any obstacle in the way and not afraid to get his hands dirty to do it. I didn't know what to expect when I walked into his office unannounced before deciding to list with The Bixler Group but I am glad I did,

I contacted the broker Scott Bixler about a property on Kearny Avenue on May 12th and viewed it soon after. I was ready to move forward immediately and even offered to pay a full year’s rent upfront. Instead, I was strung along for a month while they claimed a ceiling leak needed to be repaired—then I was completely ghosted by Scott with no explanation or follow-up. Three months later, I drove by the property and saw a “Coming Soon” sign for another business. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of communication is unacceptable. I would strongly caution anyone against working with this realty company.
