I spent quite some time (via phone meeting) with my agent, Heather. She is a pleasure to do business with. Insurance can be complicated, and she clearly explained my policy changes. I truly appreciated her attention to detail and willingness to answer all of my questions.

My wife and I just went through the process of securing an insurance package for our new home, and Trey Dejarlais could not have been more helpful and supportive in the process. He always responded to our emails and calls promptly, and beyond providing us with the information we needed, he gave us confidence in the process.

I needed to get a car insured quickly and Heather Didonato made it very easy for me to get it done on a timely basis. Through her efforts she single-handedly kept the business for the Agency. Thank you Heather

Heather is a wonderful agent, I went to see her for help on a claim. She isn't a claim agent. I broke down crying, needing help. ( I take care of my 98 yr old dad & he had just got out of the hospital kidney failure, plus my RV being totaled) Heather said she would help me. Later that day she called & let me know that she arranged that I could come to her office & she would help me with signing the documents. A ton lifted off my shoulders with that call.
