I spent nearly two hours trying to get car insurance from these people. The woman who helped me didn’t know how to use a computer, she didn’t even COMPARE RATES. She just chose the only one she could figure out. I know this because I could see her screen clearly. She only found one company’s rate and just picked it. She kept adding coverage I didn’t want. Finally, after she spent an hour and a half trying to navigate the insurance portal, and after I kept explaining I only wanted basic coverage, she printed out a quote document and told me to sign it. I was confused, and asked where the actual policy was (it looked like a quote) and she assured me that’s all there was.
