My experience with securing homeowners insurance was easy and stress free. Thank you, Johnny, for your help! Your quick responses and thorough explanations were so helpful. You helped me find exactly what I needed within the price point I was looking for. Highly recommended!

We've been with them for at least 5 years, and each year their customer service has declined more and more. They do not send mail, emails, nothing to remind you of your homeowner's insurance coming up for renewal and this is the first time that we had forgotten to renew it on time and it's costing us several extra thousand dollars, since there was a lapse in coverage. This has never happened before, as we normally remember to do this, but we had alot on our plate this year. If you want an insurance agency that cares about their customers and makes sure to notify you with reminder emails, mail and even phone calls, do not use this company. Their agents literally do nothing to service you, unless you contact them and even then they are often out of the office.

Last year, after have my home insurance raise to over $5k again, I contacted my insurance agent about ways to reduce my rate. My regular agent had retired and my new agent could not have cared less, stating that I wouldn't get a better rate anywhere. CHALLENGE ACCEPTED! I contacted 10 different companies (created a spreadsheet) and got rates that matched what I was currently paying, but with varying degrees of coverage that didn't match mine.
