I first met Melissa when I signed up for her information class on Medicare. Melissa was amazing, friendly, good communication, very knowledgeable. I scheduled an appointment to meet with her. She came to my house, which was over an hour drive for her and on the day before Thanksgiving, to meet with me and discuss my options and answer my questions. I felt very comfortable and signed up with her immediately. I have no problem recommending her.

I loved Melissa helping me and guiding me through the Medicare choices last year she was great. This year is even better. She takes time with you and let you decide which plan you would like and she even help you make a decision if that's the best plan for you So I will continue to work with her year after year.

Melissa is a wonderful friend and great insurance agent. I initially met her through my best friend and when I needed health insurance after a terrible accident, she was there to guide me through. I spent years navigating marketplace alone and like many, never really fully understood what I was looking at, just kind of picked the best deal and ended up with hefty bills later. Melissa spent an afternoon guiding me through the process. She of course out my policy together and chose the best option, but she asked questions I never thought of and made sure I was covered where I needed it. Not only that, she talked me through it the whole time while explaining how everything works. If she wasn’t already a friend, that would have made her one because the genuine concern and care is what set her

Melissa had been so very helpful navigating me getting set up with Medicare, Medicare Supplement, prescription drug plan and vision and dental plans. She was able to put it all together in a simple, easy to understand presentation. I’ve called Melissa several times in the evenings and weekends for clarification on certain aspects and she is always answering and eager to provide help and guidance. The Atkinson Agency was very helpful in setting me up with my new journey in the Medicare process when I turned 65 years of age. The agency helped me with understanding the processes of how it works.
