Mr Allen may be known to locals, but as an out of town small client who carries coverage for my sweet Aunt in Mt Pleasant, he has not advised me or looked out after my family regarding a homeowners policy and we have suffered for this. For 6 years he has just "collected" and not supported. He has not followed the laws of Power of Attorney protection and I just wanted to advise those of you who carry HO protection. He does not protect the small guy.

When we ask something of them, they always respond - usually within minutes. Also feel like they are looking out for us and preventing any inadvertent mistakes we may make. They are great partners.
