Ashley (Agent I spoke to) was patient with me, poised, friendly, professional, understanding, and very thorough. She gave me 3 different Auto insurance options for coverage, 3 different tiers to choose from, and explained each tier thoroughly. I really appreciate her for giving me options because I need to stretch every dollar right now. She offered life insurance coverage also, I kindly declined. I usually only get 1 option from my past insurance agent during renewal time and it was always disappointing. I just didn't take enough time to search for a different agent with better rates.
