Trevor is an understanding and knowledgeable agent. He wasn't pushy at all, and took a lot of time helping us plan better for the future. My wife and I purchased both life and disability insurance, and the process was incredibly straightforward, thanks to Trevor's work behind the scenes. I highly recommend TFI, especially if you're tired of pushy salesmen, because they're genuinely helping clients.

TFI Insurance is the best! They have handled my home and car insurance for a few years now. I can't recommend them enough! They give their clients personal attention and make you feel like a close friend. One time, I broke down on the highway, so I called TFI to find out what my towing policy was. They let me know, but then even offered to drive me home from the dealership once I got there! I recently had a claim on my insurance from a small fender bender. They took special care to make sure my claim went as smooth as possible. They follow up on your inquiries. They treat you respectfully and professionally. They make the insurance game easy. We have been with TFI for many years and we have always been very pleased and satisfied with the agency. They always respond promptly and have been so helpful. Our house/car premium was due soon and we called to see if it could be reduced, and Trevor spent quite a bit of time working on how to reduce it. Using TFI was the best decision I have made regarding insurance, they took the time to walk me through the process and explained any questions I had.
