The first time I called a very nice woman answered was very kind and respectful. I never got the quote via email, so called back, a man answered, told me he is my agent, explained the policy, when I asked questions to reduce the rate he just talked to me like I did not ever have insurance before, was dismissive of what I had to say, and then proceeded to tell me I sounded upset when I was simply communicating my needs directly, regardless of his opinion, honestly even if the quote was great I would not give this guy my business, absolutely ridiculous behavior, it was such a strange experience. I talked to 5 companies no one talked to me this way

We've been customers for 7 years now. Walked into the office to drop off our membership dues. I was pretty much snubbed by two employees, one of which turns out to be the owner. He asked me if I needed a receipt, I should have said no the only thing I need is to be felt like I'm appeciated.

requested a quote and had to call back twice to get the information from the secretary who was too busy to answer my questions in detail. I was told she was in the middle of something. Very disappointing experience.
